Current Developments
Working with WoodGreen Community Services, this project will provide new affordable housing for seniors in Toronto.
Partnering with St. Hilda’s Community of Care, this project is a major retrofit of two residential towers that will improve the resident experience for over 300 seniors.
Kingston Co-operative Homes, Compass Ontario and New Commons are partnering with the City of Kingston to develop a 3-storey 38-unit apartment building for seniors, existing Co-op members and the community at large.
Working with Options Community Services, this project at 13583 81st Avenue, Surrey, BC will bring 100 new homes to this community.
