Our work with WoodGreen Community Services includes the development of 36 new affordable rental housing units for seniors, as well as the development of a Parent-Child resource centre and a community gathering space.

Working with the Vancouver Community Land Trust, as well as the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency, this project at 5085 McHardy Street will bring a new 102-unit co-op to Vancouver.

Working with the Vancouver Community Land Trust, as well as the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency, this project at 1190 Burrard will bring 154 social housing homes to downtown Vancouver. This project will also house a new community centre for QMUNITY.

Partnering with St. Hilda’s Community of Care, this project is a major retrofit of two residential towers that include building systems and unit renovations and upgrades. The project will improve the resident experience for over 300 seniors and renew the tower assets to ensure sustained, healthy operations over the long-term.

Kingston Co-operative Homes
Kingston, ON
Kingston Co-operative Homes, Compass Ontario and New Commons are partnering with the City of Kingston to develop a 3-storey 38-unit apartment building owned by the Kingston Co-op as part of a larger redevelopment of lands at 1316-1318 Princess Street. The project is a unique opportunity to leverage the existing adjacent Kingston Co-op community and provide a new building that will target seniors and existing Co-op members seeking to downsize as well as produce new affordable housing for the local community.
